Ecolighting Helped Tiger Trailers Increase Lighting and Save £28782 in Annual Lighting Cost by installing Energy Efficient LED Lighting
Tiger Trailers is a privately owned, family business and is rapidly growing into one of the UK’s leading commercial vehicle body and trailer manufacturer, Tiger has and continues to attract a high profile and diverse range of customers, from the haulage, logistics, retail and parcel sectors of the industry.
Already using the latest state of the art equipment, the management team engaged Energy-efficient lighting specialists Ecolighting to give advice on the potential energy saving opportunities in their Winsford Facility.
Following several meetings, Ecolighting were awarded a contract to remove the previously installed metal halide fittings and install LED lighting across the site.
Ecolighting specified their PEGASUS 250w LED Multibay light across the facility each with its own built in programmable high bay PIR & daylight harvesting sensor module to maximise the energy saving opportunity.
A return on investment is forecasted in 1.3 years, Light levels were also significantly increased in all areas providing a better working environment. The team in the welding bays were particularly pleased with the increase in light levels.
